It was set up for LPs when I bought it.  It had the 33 gear
set and blackhead 45 styli in the pickup.  I got a 78 gear
set from Wes and a the last three sets of NOS 78 styli from
the local Seeburg distributor (this was 30 years ago!) and
converted it back to 78s.  The problem with playing LPs is
that it doesn't put on much of a show.  You have to wait 
20-30 minutes to watch it cycle.
