[Jukebox-list] R-81 & The Wall Boxes

Happy Holidays everyone!
 
Maybe you can point me in the right direction.  I have  AMI/Rowe R-81 and three Wall-ettes.  2 WRCs and a WRA.  I am trying to connect them so that they will operate the Juke.
 
I found  a Code Converter for use with this box, but do not know how it hooks up.
 
I have also acquired the service manuals for the R-81 and the wall boxes, and although it refers to the fact that I need one, it does not give the info on how the connection is made.
 
Does anyone here have the knowledge or experience to maybe let me know what I need, or to point me in the right direction of the documentation that I am lacking?
