[Jukebox-list] Crazy scams on craigslist

It's supposed to work because you see the money credited into your account
and the cancel period is longer than for domestic cheque. Thats what trips
you up.

Dave, and all,
  What would happen if one were to deposit the check in a new account at
your bank, not return the "over payment", --just hold it in that account
for 3-4 months--and of course, not ship the product. I guess my question
is--how long is the peroid that an International check can be canceled?

I just thought I would mention that my Statesman is up on Craigslist in a
couple places and I have received 3 scam emails about sending the Juke to
Africa! One asking to pay in checks

There's evil out there!
