    James, these program drums were a sore spot with the original operators of these boxes. They were considered a waste of time and very troublesome. So an after market kit was sold to replace them and the original drums were carted of to the city dump. A good drum and light bar will enhance the value of a box by at least $3,000.00, so what's one worth? Go figure. Wes
