The first "Seeburg" CD's were even worse--you had to enter the 2 digit disc #, then push "Enter", then enter the 2 digit track #, then (I think) press "Enter" again. ( I think that they dropped the second "Enter" very early on--but they kept the first "Enter" for quite a while). I had a long conversation with "the Seeburg Int. boss", when I saw the first prototype-- Never did see one in a bar--bet that really would have been "funny"--or maybe "sad". Ron Rich

I guess difficulty in making selections on new style equipment has been true through the decades. I remember when I started placing my first CD jukes out on location. It was really fun watching the drunks try making a selection. First they had to pick the album and then the track number. Four digit selections were also new. Made it highly entertaining to watch in some bars... :)
