It shouldn't be hard to find one...the usual brand is Neuses, which works
a little bit like the old-style torque wrench in reverse (long pointer 
indicates on a curved scale as the calibrated bar of the instrument bends).
I have a dial gauge made in France by Somfy Tec, it is handy because it has
a little needle that it moves to show the force it experiences even when the
force is released, so you don't have to look at the face when taking a 
measurement.  I thought Victory Glass sold the Neuses, but maybe I'm wrong.
