[Jukebox-list] 1962 Wurlitzer puts record up into playing position sometimes, sometimes not.

I got a phone call from a guy. Don't know where he got my no. I told him  I'm 
not really a jukebox repairman. Just a collector that's able to work on my  
own boxes. Mostly Seeburgs and Rockolas.The title is exactly how he described 
it  to me. Didn't give me the model but if it's a 1962 Wurlizer I assume a 2600 
or  2610.Any ideas what's wrong?
 I kinda felt bad for the guy when he said it was in the family for  years 
and worked fine until he moved it.He can't find anyone to work on it. Said  he 
called 3 others and they don't work on Wurlitzers. He lives in  
Cambridge,Maryland. Over 50 miles from me. He said that it sounds like I  don't want to fool 
with it. Really I don't want to go and look like a hack since  I'm just a 
collector that works on his own jukes..The only Wurlitzers I worked  on were my 
2150 and 2510. Maybe if someone  can give some suggestions  for him to try and I 
can forward them to him. Or find him someone in his  area.
