I've never heard of these.  I've used Diamond Cut's
DC-ART for quite a few years now, and it's very
good.  It's been used on some commercially
released albums.  Their beginner version is only
$60 and there's a demo copy available on their
web site here:

Unfortunately, it's only available for Windows.
