This was quite a neet day. My partner and I met a friend from across the
bay (San Francisco Bay) and checked out a Seeburg V200 still on location.
Great looking and GREAT sound! Not really restored, just cleaned up really
nice and put back into service. with THREE working 200 selection wallboxes.
NEETO!

The we made the hour drive to Santa Rosa to look at an AMI G-120.

Didn't even flinch at the $200 he offered it to me for. This thing, despite
ugly color and missing some trim, like at the bottom, is very clean and
looks to be an easy fix. Lots of the wiring you warned me about was either
still fine, or carefully replaced. I did see one zip cord to a light
ballast that was cracking, so unplugged that. Most of the rest looks pretty
good.
The guy had it plugged in and I did discover that the amplifier works, at
least it makes some noise when you turn the volume control, and turned up, a
faint hiss like most amps will make. (Even with just this, I can hear the
impending fantastic sound.)
Upper horn and crossover are good.

I'm amazed at it's simplicity.
It's missing a fuse and fuse cap, so I'll locate that and a manual and then
dig in.

This is my first 1950s era juke and I'm very excited. It was originally
yellow.

One question right away. The GE cartridge in it was a ceramic, right? I'm
probably going to replace with something like a Stanton 500 for the sake of
the records.

Photos here. Click on each to enlarge. Click again for a bit bigger. Thanks
to everyone who offered an opinion. It was a great help.

Here's some before and after pix of the Seebooger LPC-1/Electra hybrid I
just had.
Recovered the speakers and added a color gel.
