No Guilt whatsoever--if you had not gone there and "filpped the switch" they would have had no music--you did your job, and should be paid for it ! Knowing "what to do", and getting it done is what you are being paid for ! Ron Rich

Just got back from an out of town service call with the same complaint... with the extra line of "even the lights don't work anymore" I specifically asked if the jukebox was plugged in. "Yes" was the response. Perhaps I should have gone one step further and asked if the on/off switch was in the "on" position. $225 in my pocket and a flip of the switch and they were back in music. Perhaps I should probably feel guilty, but... (this is where the "attitude" and "stupidity" taxes kick in...) This was a wasted 3.5 hours of my time.... :)
