I'm not aware of such a thing. UV haze filters are sold
for cameras. Just regular glass will block a lot of UV
light. I remember when I was a kid, seeing window displays
in stores with yellow plastic on the window to prevent
sunlight from fading the merchandise (these were always
"old school" stores, not department stores and the like).
There isn't an off the shelf lighting gel available to
block UV light. If you're that concerned, I'd switch
to incandescent fixtures to protect your radios.
