Peter, I think for that price, you can't go wrong.
Might just need something simple like a battery, check connections, or to 
reset the errors. Even a send out servicing of the player isn't terrible 
expensive. Not familiar with the Seeburg CD system.

Rowe/AMI CD jukes are very reliable and easy to get parts for.  The earlier 
ones can often be had for under a grand working. With digital, the A, B, and 
C models are becoming surplus.  Look for updated CD basket and players in 
them.
