Speaking of "WD-40", Would you guys in other states do me a favor?? Look in your local auto parts, or hardware stores and see if any of them carry Valvoline SynPower "Penetrating Lubricant" in a spray can (I think it's now an 8oz can). If so let me know the price, if you are willing to buy a can or two for me, as I can no longer find it in the great state of Kaleeforneea, and I like it very much---TIA Ron Rich

Ron wrote: WD-40 is a wet lubricant and acidic, its designed to lubricate parts that
are corroded and the acid helps break-up the oxides that it was designed to
remove.
eg. iron, steel and to a lesser extent aluminium.
But when its dry there is insufficient lubricant left to be of any use and
the corrosion is still there.
Use it to loosen parts and for cleaning but it must be followed up with
other procedures it is not a one step fix all spray.
As stated is useful tool be in the right circumstances.
