Bent hinge?

There is an SS160 being parted out on eBay right now...maybe more than one
(I've seen lots of listings yesterday, and a few days ago in a different 
batch, but I didn't compare to see if it was the same seller). 

I had good luck opening, cleaning lubing and reassembling the clock motor
on my Hamm's sign.
