You can't un-warp a 45.  Vinyl expands when it warps (unlike
shellac which just bends) and the raised label area of a 45
will keep you from pressing it flat even if it would be
flattened.

Well, to get the dust out I'd use a vacuum cleaner, or am
I missing something here?  As far a rust goes, polish
isn't going to do much for you.
