...or mice, or cats (both for urine, mice for nests and chewed wires), or
termites, or mud-daubers (mud, pupae shells)...or humans for that matter
(putting stuff on top of them, standing on them to reach a shelf, crashing
into them with bikes, snow-blowers or cars, etc.)...
