OK, now I'm at my shop - I have used MAX-LIFT #901260 "Gas-Charged 
Lift Support" for my ROWE jukeboxes, this also includes all the 
fittings and instructions for removal.

The original lift was made by SUPRA of Grand Rapids MI #4-07149,01 
with an extended length of about 20 inches (51mm).
