Dear experts,

Yesterday I picked up a 3300 which sat in a garage for the last three 
years. It has collected a lot of dust but seems to be complete and 
original. It doesn't run at the moment. The belts are brittle and the 
greased parts look as if they where glued together.
My question is: WHERE TO START???
My first idea was not to touch anything, just to clean it and install 
some new belts.
But then I thought maybe it would be wise to take it apart completely 
and do the works: new caps, new wiring, polishing and lubricating every 
moving part, etc.

This dilemma kept me awake last night...
Can anyone shed some light on the pros and cons of either option?
