[Jukebox-list] AMI I200 Scan Control

After many hours today, I decided the pulse generator and keyboard switches 
were OK. I took a look at the pulse converter instead, and found the 
problem. The letter home swich bracket was bent slightly, and as the stepper 
wheel advanced, the arm that holds the return spring hit the home switch as 
it rotated past. This happens at the G spot (maybe I should say position). 
It would momentarily open up contacts 1&2, and not transfer to the number 
relay, so it would step the letter one more time. I believe it was 
preventing the stepper wheel from returning home, but the spring pressure on 
the switch made it appear electrically to be home. So when I selected H 
after this, it stepped all the way to K. Of course it didn't do this 
everytime. I keep thinking eventually I will see it all on these machines, 
but they continue to make a fool out of me. Thanks,
