I think, but don't hold me to this as it has been a long time, that the mute
circuitry on later amps is different to earlier ones. I vaguely remember we
had to modify the later amps when fitting to earlier machines, and
vice-versa.

Hi Folks, I have not yet found a replacment amp for my AMI ROWE R82 juke 
yet, I was thinking of trying to install a little newer amp in it's place. I

have a good working spare for a R87. I know the plugs are completley 
different..but do the later amps have different circitry in them in reguards

to input, and mute functions.. I did contact Bruce wentworth, but he dosn't 
rebuild the older AMI-Rowe amps past R83.

OR if one of you have an amp that would be willing to part with that will 
fit the R82, That would be great too.

The amp in question is a R3760A.
