[Jukebox-list] Rock Ola Princess Deluxe 435

I have a Rock Ola 435. There is a record on the turn table and the table is turning. The needle is not on the record. It seems to be stuck in either the beginning to play phase or the reject phase. We don't know anything about juke boxes. My husbands father just gave us two and we are trying to get them going. We have ordered service manuals but from what I am hearing it could take a long time before we get them. While we wait on the manuals we would love to get the jukes up and going. Any suggestions on what to do to get the Rock Ola working would greatly be appreciated. I don't know all the correct terms of what the parts are called so I apologize for that. Thanks in advance.
