[Jukebox-list] How about an iPod on the jukebox?

I was considering doing the same thing on a wurly 1100 I have here until I
find the time to get to it. As it is now I use it for lighting effect in the
front room as I have other jukes that I use in the room to listen to vinyl. 
 
It was either wire it into my lan with an mp3 pc of some type or an xbox
running xbmc (the screen is an issue in both cases)  since all my mp3's are
on-line for sharing around the various household media centers, or tuck in
an amp with an ipod hooked onto it. 
 
Obviously it would be totally non-intrusive as I eventually want to find
time to restore and ressurrect the W1100. 
 
The other thing I wanted to do is have a wireless connection to a hard drive
based stereo system in the cars so I could just download music from the
household MP3 servers to the vehicle in the garage or driveway. The ipod is
too heavy to carry. lol. 
 
So many projects and so little time..... Now - how about laundry? lol

I don't know Jim. My wife has bought me one but she's so busy with it 
all day I haven't had a chance to find out. Maybe I'll buy her another
