You really ought to go.  I understand from a docent I talked
to quite a bit when I was there that they now have the upstairs
open, so the museum's just about doubled its size in the last
few years.  I was lucky enough to get their last remaining
lithograph of the original "His Master's Voice" painting (which
hangs in the EMI board room) and had it professionally textured,
matted and framed - it looks like the real thing.  They were
printed to commemmorate the 100th anniversary of Barraud's
sale of the painting to EMI's predecessor (The Gramophone and
Typewriter Company) and subsequent licensing to their patent-
sharing partner The Victor Talking Machine Company in the US.
Ironically, Victor's successor, Bertlesmann, let the trademark
lapse in North America, so they're now stuck using the RCA
"meatball" logo on their CDs.
