I gues that's why I never "adjust" them( as well as "tone switches")--I just tend to leave them all the way "on", as all I can detect is less volume----Ron Rich

This brings up anudder question that no one has answered to my 
satisfaction--yet.
What EXACTLY, is the advantage to an "equalizer"--as far as I'm concerned, 
it's just (more) "tone controls" ?? (and most of the time more difficult to 
adjust so that it sounds right to me)
