    Tube stuff may be blurry to you,but the bottom line of a filter system 
is to remove any ripple from the DC supply. The minimum size is only to 
accomplish this. The maximum size is to stabilize the supply voltage on high 
volume. Anything outside these parameters on the high side is just a waste

Well, I wouldn't use 100µF ;) the one thats in it now is 25µF. But I'll use
40 instead, like Ron says. C1 and C2 are indeed next to eachother in the
manual. Just wanted to be sure because it was missing. Thanks !
I was born in the eighties, so all that tube stuff is still a bit blurry to
me...
