I have two of them, indeed nice boxes.  Barely visible record playing, 
nice styling, good sound.  I think that at the time the USA part of 
Wurlitzer was making jukes for the US market only, and the German 
Wurlitzer was making different European models (Lyric, etc.).

This means that you will find few if any of the 3000 series that were 
factory equipped for use on 240 volts, 50 cycle operation or that were 
sold directly into the European market.  At the time it would have been 
easier for European operators to buy the German boxes than to import and 
then modify the American units.

And the 3000 isn't considered all that collectible (yet) so container 
loads of them haven't started across the Atlantic.
