David - I've owned three of those, and they were all missing the knob. I 
believe the plastic or molding process was not good, and the plastic breaks 
off over time, leaving only a sharp metal insert behind. I used the metal 
lever type coin return from a Tempo II, but I seem to remember the flats 
ground on the end of the shaft are a different dimensiom, and wouldn't fit 
the metal lever that actually strikes the slug ejector. I had to buy that 
lever as well. Other than that, it worked well.
