Antique Electronic Supply have a few values, including the correct one
for Seeburg SHFA amps (but be ready for sticker-shock when you see 
the prices...).  www.tubesandmore.com

And for your other question regarding replacing a 40-20-20-10 with a 
40-20-20-20, I think you would probably be OK, the conventional 
wisdom I have seen is that you do not want to greatly increase the
value of the "first" capacitor in the string (the one closest to the
rectifier), after that you probably have more latitude.
