I doubt that you'll find the original LPC colored one--It was NLA in 1966, subbed to the newer ones--but green? I ain't never seen that color before--- BTW--have fun changing it--it's a bear !! Ron Rich

Durfee. Didn't try Bill Butterfield yet since he mostly deals in the older 
stuff.The one I have has multiple cigarette burns.Some right on the letters. a 2 
inch crack in the center and another one below the V. Also liquid was spilled 
on it and it has some paint flaking from that. Durfee said all of his had 1 or 
all of the problems mine had.I got a n.o.s from Victory and I guess it's 
supposed to blue but to me it's a terribly ugly green.Don't want to use it.
Would prefer the original gold but will take a white one from a LPC480 if 
nothing else. 

p.s. I also have a a n.o.s. I got from Bill Butterfield on ebay. I thought I 
was getting white.It was that same green I can't stand. I experiemented with 
stripping that one and painting with gold paint. It don't look the same. I 
think it was plated as the gold is like a mirror on the clear part under the trim 
on the old one.And stripping it caused some cracking and crazing by the 
buttons.

I guess I could find out if either has the white and see if they''ll trade 
for the one I can't stand but if anyone's got a good gold one or 1 that hasn't 
been dissed as bad as mine I'd love to buy it.
