I use a program called JukeCD. You have to buy it (about $50) but it's worth 
it for route use. It's available at:

If you're a home user, I have some blank NSM cd title cards I can let go 
cheap. Contact me off list.

You can also use blank cards made for Rowe CD jukes. Might require a little 
trimming. I have some or you can get them from Happ.
