According to mine, it's a 9 volt 200ma.  It has a 3/4 inch plug.

Hello,
  I have a jbs automatic jukebox switch that is missing the power adaptor.
I am guessing it must have a 12vdc adaptor.
If knows anything about it let me know. It is made for connecting a
background music system to a jukebox. It was made in 1993 by
Commercial Sound & Electronics in St Louis Mo. Thanks for any information.
