Britt , sounds like your problem is in your pinbank, clapper coil, bad
contacts.  Rockolas are famous for that. Usually requires dis-assembly
and thorough cleaning of contacts. Sometimes the clapper coil goes bad,
or there are little fragile wires in there that break free sometimes.
Most times it is just poor contacts.  This requires removal of the
entire pinbank assembly and alot of patience.  Jim
