The caps on the Jones connectors are removable. Loosen the wire cable clamps and remove the two small pins on each side of the cover with a small pin punch. Chances are that you will find the broken wire on one of the connectors. This usually happens when someone pulls the cable when unplugging the Jones connector. Wes

The #2 pin on the pinbank is on the back side where it's hard to get to but it appears the wire is properly soldered to the pinbank pin.
