You can't connect a speaker directly to the 70V output.
You'll need a step-down transformer. The idea behind
70V sound systems (also used extensively for PA applications)
is that the higher voltage can carry the signal father
using smaller-gauge wire, and you can use the taps on the
transformer in each speaker enclosure to determine how much
current that speaker will draw, and therby its volume relative
to all the others. Connecting the internal speakers to
terminals 6 and 8 will give them most of the amplifier's
output - 16 watts. I've never had a problem of not enough
bass on any jukebox. Have you tried adjusting the two
3-position tone controls on the amplifier? If the bass
response it thin, it might be that the bass control needs
cleaning, or there's a problem with the crossover network.
The speaker connection chart is reproduced on the top of
page 13 of the sound system manual for the G-40-120, and
on the bottom of page 11 of the sound system manual for
the G-200. This chart is usually also attached to the
front of the amplifier chasis.
