Yup, Jackie.
I tangled with a 1550-A last year... and lost to the mech.
Well sort of.
Owner wouldn't pay to "lift" it out of his basement and into my shop where I
could "comfortably" study on it at my leisure.
Had I been able to to that I "might" have figured out how to "unstuck" be
blessed thing.
..... so, it sits in its owners poorly lit basement, STUCK.
Otherwise a really neat old mech even tho as Ron says, one of the most
difficult to keep running. (your opinion makes me feel better, in defeat
Ron)
I suppose, a Rockola expert like Charlie would just get in there, "tweek"
something and away it would go. A rookie like me takes 100 times as long to
find the thing to tweek.
Thanks for bringing attention to this ebay item Jackie.
Cheers,
Don
