Wow - and the San Francisco Bay area is full of refineries!
Here in the Tacoma area regular unleaded is going for about
$245 a gallon, gaining a few cents every day.  I filled up my
MG today, which requires super, and it was 20 cents more.
I think most west coast oil comes from Alaska and Russia.
East coast from the middle east and maybe ol' Oooogo Chavez.
