You're talking 45 RPM 12" singles, right?  If you were really
industrious you could modify a Seeburg M100-A to play them.
There would be no need for a commercial 12" 45 jukebox because
not only would the mechanism be unwieldy, but all the same music
was available on 7" 45s or, later on, CDs, and jukeboxes were
already available that played those.
