Really?  I've got one string of series-wired lights and a package
of replacement bulbs I got at the local Kress store (that tells
you how long ago that was) when they were being discontinued.
Don't have the box, however.  I've been wondering how this talk
of banning incandescent lights is going to effect Christmas.
I'm firmly in the camp of having C-7s on the tree and C-9s
around the eves of the house.  Christmas is. after all, all
about tradition and LEDs don't a cheery yuletime make.  I've
been hoarding C-7 twinkle lamps because the only place you
can still buy them around here is Ace Hardware and I'm
expecting Ace to discontinue them any year now.  I think I
have four cases of spare twinkle bulbs stashed away.  :-)
