Settle down Tiger, I said I was considering checking it out, not buying. I'd
be surprised if it sells, but I wanted to make person/person contact with
the seller in case he decides to give up his ocean front condo in Kansas.
Thanks to everyone else regarding their input on the conversion.

You are going to spend $2500 on that jukebox?  I have some ocean front 
property in Kansas you might be interested in.
