Amazing.  OK, so there are now proven to be *two* people
in the world who like the LP conversion!

Looking at that veneer, I wouldn't say *totally* unmolested.
It looks sort of like a console radio.  The chrome "mirrors"
on either side of the speaker grille have been replaced with
a textured material as well.  But it does look like an
otherwise very nice restoration.  Was the speaker cloth
originally that glitzy?  I've never seen one like that before.
I never replaced mine because I figured I'd probably end up
stripping the heads off half the screws holding the trim
pieces in place.
