Yes it does Bill !  Wow, this is beginning to sound like the late-night
TV commercials about size mattering and all ! Yikes !  Bill , remember
this tape trick is not an ultimate correct fix , I always said it was
just an easy cheap fix.  It may last 30 plays , 300 plays , whatever.
Friction tape is about 79 cents at the local hardware store , not a bad
deal!  Enjoy, Jim
