  Some of the "repro" manuals are just "junk"-- The best ones (which are not always perfect) are sold by  www.alwaysjukin.com  and are printed and also sold by Victory Glass.
  As for the key(s), IF, they are still the factory installed locks, they will have a number on them. Look at it carefully, write down the WHOLE number, and a GOOD local locksmith can make them for you. If you can't find a locksmith, contact me off list.
