Just wanted to report the Pilasters came in today, wow, VG is very quick, I just ordered them on Friday.  I have everything ready, the Mech is cleaned, greased and oiled.  All the Trays slide smoothly.  I am putting in a rebuilt Amp.  

I think putting in the Pilasters is not going to be so easy.  The edges of the Pilasters cover the screw holes that the Wood Strip should screw into.  I can't imagine having to make all those holes in the plastic to make it fit?  Seems that's a little risky and I would have a good chance to crack the plastic?

If anyone has any thoughts, I would appreciate it.  I am just playing around with the one side, trying to figure out how to approach it.  Hummmmmm
