Go to your friendly neighbourhood electrical shop or lighting shop. 
They'll sell you one. Or you may find it easier or even cheaper to buy a 
whole light fitting. There is nothing special about them but they do 
need to be the correct voltage and power.

Have you verified that one of those you have is actually faulty?
