[Jukebox-list] A Jukebox Visit from Sweden

Good Morning,
I thought I would share my Thanksgiving with all of you, as it's so nice to meet Jukebox "Nuts" after chatting with them on line.  Jens, from the list, came for a visit and a Thanksgiving Experience with his Daughter, Eva this past Thursday.  He was in NY for a few days and has about another full week of travel in the US before flying home next Friday.  

He arrived for a Thanksgiving Feast and we chatted about all the Jukeboxes and looked through lots of 78rpm's that my Daughter scored from a friend.  There were so many GREAT ones, lots of Glen Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Al Hibler and lots of old R&R, my favorite being Bill Haley & His Comets "Rocket 88".

We loved having him and Eva to share our American Thanksgiving with and they stayed overnight and headed out yesterday morning.  He is a great guy, very interesting and fun.  Our home is always open for a stop-over and a meal if you should find yourself nearby.  So far, all my experiences have been wonderful, I think Jukebox "Nuts" are the friendlist in town.  I will post a pic on the Photobucket of Jens and I after lots of food, wine and laughs in front of the Wurly 2410, which he also owns.....along with 99 others!!
