There are? Never come across one yet, mind you I don't buy any from the US
;O)
Normally never pay more than $6 so I'm not gambling with much.
The VG system is used almost universally in Europe except by a few traders
where 'good' can mean anythinng from nearly new to nearly dead and they
loose out on price.
