[Jukebox-list] Seeburg V scans twice battery test.

Graeme,
Put the neg. end of the battery to "earth" on the chassis, and touch the tip of the RCA plug to the pos. on the battery (Use a KNOWN good "D"cell). Re insert the plug into the Pulse Amp (the "box") plug and start the scan either by making any selection, or using the service switch--caution--be sure that the service switch is in the "play" position. Credits are not needed, and make no difference.
Look at the 0A2 tubes--they should have a purple glow and "flicker" somewhat as the unit scans.
  Ron

  G'day Ron,
If I pull the 12AX7 it will trip and play. I have put the 12AX7 back.
I have removed the "RCA plug" that comes from "L" shaped box on Selector
Receiver. I put the outside of plug to negative on 1.5 volt battery and
center to positive. I did this with credit established. Put plug back.
It will not make a selection.
