The fuse values aren't in my manual, so if you get them please
share!  As for the tubes, the manual shows that the selection
receiver has these tubes, left to right, as viewed with the
helix solenoid drum in the upper left:

5Y3-GT, 6SK7, 6SK7, 6X5-GT (upper), 6H6 (lower) and 2050.

The master amplifier, with the big xfmr upper left:

6L6-G, 6L6-G, 5U4-G (top), 6SN7-GT (middle) and 6J7 (bottom).
