[Jukebox-list] Seeburg M100B Electrical Selector Problem

I am the proud owner of a Seeburg M100B
I have cleaned and adjusted the Mech, Selector (Pinbank) Assembly,
Cancel Credit Unit and the Electrical Selector. Everything was working
fine up until about 7 months ago when I started to experience the
following problem. At first it was intermittent but now it's a steady
state. Here's a brief description of the problem:
#1 - I can manually move the pins to the on or off position and the Mech
will scan and stop scanning.
#2 - I have checked all 100 pins and they all will make the Mech scan. 
#3 - I can get credits, the "Select" light, lights up.
#4 - I can make selections on the Electrical Selector and the Electrical
Selector will cancel the credits.
Here's the problem:  The pins on the Selector Assembly (Pinbank)  will
not move to the on position using the Electrical Selector.  What could
be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
