Hello there.  Just saw your posting and just had picked up  some Jewelr's 
Rouge at a local Farm N Fleet  store.  I haven't  yet opened it to see what 
color, It is in a tube about 1 inch in diameter and is  by DICO, their no. JR1.  
Found it in the section with all sorts of buffing  wheels, and several other 
buffing compounds.   Harry
